The SIM7028 NB-IoT HAT is designed to enhance IoT (Internet of Things) projects and integrates seamlessly with Raspberry Pi boards, providing a good solution for a wide range of applications that demand low latency, minimal power consumption, and limited data throughput. With its global band compatibility, it makes it a versatile tool for projects that span different geographic locations. The HAT supports a comprehensive array of protocols such as TCP, UDP, LWM2M, COAP, DTLS, DNS, NTP, PING, HTTP(S), MQTT(S), and TLS/SSL. This wide range of protocols enables the device to cater to various communication requirements, providing secure and reliable data transfer.
It features a standard 40-Pin GPIO extension header, providing compatibility with a broad range of Raspberry Pi series boards as well as with NVIDIA's Jetson Nano. There is a Type-C interface for easy software debugging, and onboard UART control pins, which provide the flexibility to connect with various host boards like Arduino or STM32, thus broadening the scope of projects it can support.
Note: Raspberry Pi's are NOT included
